The Brunello di Montalcino Wine Consortium presents the fifth edition of RED MONTALCINO, an event dedicated to Rosso di Montalcino DOC and its contemporary identity. This gathering brings Rosso di Montalcino to the heart of Siena—specifically to the Palazzo delle Papesse—for a day combining wine, territory, music, culture, and conviviality.
From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the event is dedicated to industry professionals and accredited press, featuring a walk-around tasting attended by the producers.
From 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, the public can discover and taste various expressions of Rosso di Montalcino directly at the participating wineries' stands, accompanied by live music curated by Siena Jazz.
Starting at 8:00 PM, RED MONTALCINO shifts gears with the "Enoteca Collettiva" (Collective Wine Bar): a selection of Rosso di Montalcino available by the glass and served by professional sommeliers, alongside food stations designed to foster a convivial atmosphere.
From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, the Palazzo delle Papesse courtyard will host a DJ set, bringing the evening to a close in a relaxed, contemporary setting.
